The Accident Compensation Commission, Fiji (ACCF) provides compensation for any personal inquiry or death, as a result of an accident in Fiji occurring on or after 1 January 2018, involving your registered motor vehicle. Under the scheme there is no need to establish fault or negligence, however, there are exclusions that apply.
