Shreedhar Motors Limited, a Private Limited Liability Company, was incorporated in Fiji in the year 1965. The Company was founded by the late Mr. Shree Dhar Maharaj who was a pioneer in the public transport industry in Fiji. The present shareholders are members of the Shree Dhar family.
